Fictioncontact Septic is a referral service for homeowners with a septic or sewer problem. It connects you with independent local providers. It does not pump, dig or repair anything. The providers do that work, and they run their own businesses.
A septic or sewer problem is stressful. Most people do not know what a baffle is or what a camera inspection costs. They do not know the likely next step either. So they guess, or they take the first quote they get.
Fictioncontact Septic tries to fix that. You get the options laid out in plain words before anyone shows up with a truck. Answer first, then why.
You send a request. It says what is going on, where you are and whether you have a septic tank or a city sewer. We point it to a provider in our network who serves your area and does that kind of job.
The provider then contacts you. You talk through the problem. You get a written quote. You decide. You can say no at any point.
Providers in our network are expected to do a few basic things:
We cannot watch every job. So ask questions and check what a provider tells you. Get it in writing.
We do not do the work. We do not set the price. We do not control a provider's schedule, so we cannot promise timing.
We also do not make insurance decisions. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
You do not pay Fictioncontact Septic to send a request. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when a request turns into a job. That fee is between Fictioncontact Septic and the provider. Your quote comes from the provider, and the quote is what you pay.
That setup is why we say it plainly. We earn when a homeowner and a provider connect. We do not earn by pushing you toward a bigger job.
There is rarely only one way to fix a septic or sewer problem. A full tank may only need pumping. A sewer line may need a camera look first. A failing drainfield may need repair, or a bigger plan. Good providers lay out the choices and the cost range for each.
Typical U.S. ranges vary a lot by region, access and the size of the job. A written quote is the only number that counts.
Ready to see your options? Send a request. It takes a few minutes. There is no obligation to hire anyone.
If you would rather talk it through, Request a callback to check provider availability.
